Join us as a Digital Marketing & Insights Analyst in our Sales, Marketing & Communications team, where you’ll be at the heart of our digital uplift agenda, using data and marketing technology to run smart, engaging campaigns that deepen customer connections and help bring new digital health solutions to market. What you'll be doing * Building and executing digital campaigns across email, automation journeys, paid media, social, display, website and other digital channels, including A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve performance. * Creating audience segments, managing data hygiene, UTM tracking and reporting, and providing clear, actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, funnel progression and ROI. * Setting up, scheduling and monitoring automated, multi step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and supporting lead distribution and follow up SLAs. * Owning day to day website and CMS updates (WordPress), scanning for outdated content, broken links and optimisation opportunities, and supporting SEO fundamentals and GA4 reporting. * Acting as a “go to” for our marketers on how best to use our digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads) and helping consolidate and optimise our martech stack. About you * 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign operations or marketing automation, with hands on experience executing email campaigns and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a comparable platform). * Strong skills in data segmentation, data hygiene, reporting and optimisation, including UTM tracking, Google Analytics/GA4 and basic SEO fundamentals. * Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in WordPress or similar CMS platforms, with experience managing content updates and supporting UX and CRO improvements. * Analytical, collaborative and curious mindset, confident working with data (e.g. VLOOKUPs, dashboards, segmentation), and ideally exposure to tools such as Power BI, SQL, HTML/AMPscript, or workflow tools like Jira and collaboration tools like Figma. * You’re ambitious and focused on growth, and you thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative team where there’s plenty of open discussion and strong camaraderie About Us Flexibility isn’t a perk - it’s how we work!
