Job Description Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with followers and building a community. Track social media performance metrics and suggest improvements for greater audience engagement. Assist with social media campaigns and promotions to boost brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Assist in optimizing website content, blog posts, and product pages for better organic search visibility. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and increased search rankings. Monitor website performance using SEO tools and provide regular reporting on SEO metrics. SEM (Search Engine Marketing): Support the management of paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Help create and optimize ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies for SEM campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, track results, and provide insights for improvements. Help manage budgets and bids for SEM campaigns to optimize ROI. E-commerce Research Support: Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. Help analyze customer data and e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn). Practical understanding of SEO principles and practices. Familiarity with Google Ads and paid search campaigns. Knowledge of website management tools (e.g., FirstSpirit, WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
