Role Overview We are looking for an energetic, creative, and consumer-obsessed Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team. This role is squarely focused on growing our end-user base — driving app subscriptions, service sign-ups, and brand engagement directly with individuals and consumers. You will blend online marketing (social media, content, paid campaigns) with on-ground physical marketing (boot camps, activations, events) to reach and convert target audiences into loyal users. What You Will Promote Mobile Applications SaaS / Digital Subscriptions Consumer-Facing IT Services Digital Products & Platforms App-Based Service Offerings Product Launches & Feature Rollouts Marketing Channels & Platforms Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn WhatsApp & Broadcasts Google / Meta Ads Boot Camps & Events Physical Activations Referral & Affiliate Programs Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing ▸ Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to attract end users ▸ Run targeted paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to reach specific consumer demographics and interests ▸ Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy to maximize reach and engagement ▸ Grow organic followers and build a loyal community around the brand and its products ▸ Respond to comments, DMs, and user queries to build trust and engagement with the audience Physical & Field Marketing ▸ Plan and execute boot camps, road shows, stalls, and on-ground marketing activations in Vadodara ▸ Represent the brand at college fests, community events, exhibitions, and public gatherings ▸ Distribute promotional material, conduct demos, and interact directly with potential users ▸ Coordinate with local communities, institutions, and groups to expand physical reach User Acquisition & App Subscription Growth ▸ Drive downloads and subscriptions for mobile apps and digital services among individual users ▸ Design and execute referral programs, offers, and incentives to onboard new users rapidly ▸ Create targeted campaigns segmented by age, interest, location, and behaviour to maximize conversions ▸ Track user acquisition cost (UAC) and work to optimize campaign ROI continuously Content Creation & Storytelling ▸ Create short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories) to showcase product features and user benefits ▸ Write compelling captions, ad copy, landing page content, and promotional messaging for target audiences ▸ Collaborate with the design team to produce eye-catching creatives, banners, and campaign assets ▸ Develop testimonial content, user stories, and case studies to build social proof Analytics & Reporting ▸ Track key marketing KPIs — impressions, reach, clicks, CTR, app installs, conversions, and subscriber growth ▸ Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and app dashboards to measure campaign performance ▸ Provide weekly marketing activity reports with insights and recommendations for improvement Requirements Skill Area What We Are Looking For Social Media Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Paid Ads Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (preferred) Content Creation Ability to create Reels, Stories, graphics, and ad copy Field Marketing Comfortable doing on-ground campaigns, boot camps, and demos Communication Excellent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English — verbal and written Consumer Mindset Understanding of B2C behaviour and how to influence purchase/sign-up decisions Analytics Comfortable reading campaign data and deriving basic insights Tools (Nice to Have) Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, ChatGPT for content Education ▸ Graduate / Pursuing graduation in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field ▸ Digital marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are a strong plus ▸ Fresh graduates and final-year students appearing for internship are encouraged to apply What We Offer ▸ Hands-on exposure to real-world digital marketing campaigns from Day 1 ▸ Opportunity to work on live mobile app and product launches ▸ Mentorship from experienced marketing and business professionals ▸ Fast-track growth path from Intern to full-time Executive role based on performance ▸ Creative freedom to ideate, experiment, and own your campaigns Who Should Apply: If you love social media, enjoy talking to people, get excited by seeing a campaign go viral, and want to make real consumers discover and subscribe to a product — this role is for you.
