Job Description 🚀 Build digital campaigns that generate real business impact. stow Group is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our visibility, strengthen lead generation and turn strong ideas into high-performing digital campaigns. From website optimisation and Google Ads to email journeys, content creation and performance analytics, you will own campaigns end-to-end — creating, testing, learning and improving continuously. You will work with international colleagues across marketing and sales, including close collaboration with our US teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with measurable commercial results. Create and run digital campaigns across web, social media, email and paid channels Manage and optimise our websites, landing pages and lead-generation forms Turn ideas into engaging content: copy, visuals, campaigns and video Use SEO, SEA and Google Ads to increase traffic and reach the right audiences Build email campaigns and automated journeys that attracts people to open Track performance through Google Analytics and campaign dashboards Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia or a related field. Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Practical knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, campaign performance and digital analytics. Strong content creation skills and a sharp eye for detail. A proactive mindset: you are organised, curious, practical and comfortable managing several projects at once. Experience with email marketing platforms; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
