WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for an individual with a strong marketing foundation and a curiosity that extends into business and technology.

  • Mandatory Bilingual: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is required to manage regional accounts.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You’re curious about the entire customer lifecycle, not just a single campaign, and are interested in how technology can improve business processes.
  • Recent Graduate: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: You have a strong foundational understanding of SEO (keyword research, copywriting) and PPC (launching and managing Google Ads campaigns).
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with data and understand how to derive insights from marketing analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent Communicator: You possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to present ideas confidently.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to projects that transform how our clients operate and connect with their customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that are fully integrated with our clients’ broader business objectives and transformation goals.
  • Customer Journey Analysis: Contribute to digital transformation projects by analyzing customer journeys, mapping digital touchpoints, and identifying opportunities for process automation and improved user experience.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze performance across the entire digital ecosystem (web, social, CRM) to provide insights for both marketing optimization and broader business strategy.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow company and client social media profiles, with a focus on Arabic-language accounts, ensuring they align with the overall brand transformation.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide QA checks on new digital products and releases, verifying user experience and ensuring proper implementation of analytics and tracking pixels.
