YOUR ROLE:

As a key part of our Digital Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Founder to steer our business towards greater heights. Your mission is to drive our online growth strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Crafting eCommerce Excellence: Design and breathe life into our eCommerce sales strategy. This includes optimizing our website, elevating SEO, orchestrating product upsells, managing new product launches, and curating seasonal content that our audience responds to.
Shopify Sovereignty: Rule over our Shopify kingdom with authority. From products to content and backend of Shopify, you’ll help ensure our online presence is ahead of our competitors. Total System management - front and back end.
Style Shopify: Customize our online theme on Shopify to create a shopping experience that’s as unique and focuses on the customer journey.
Masters of Messaging: Develop, oversee, and assess email marketing campaigns. Use tools like Klaviyo to weave engaging product narratives, promotions and content strategies.
Digital Dynamo: Contribute to the plan and execute our digital marketing strategy. This includes everything from email and social media to paid search, SEO, Google & Facebook Ads, and content creation that sparks engagement.
Social Media Sorcery: Cast your spell on social media platforms, create reels and video content for our customers and followers.
In-Store Alchemy: Collaborate with our retail stores to orchestrate captivating in-store activations, community engagement, and campaigns.
Brand Guardian: Ensure our brand’s integrity remains intact across all marketing efforts. Your mission: boost community engagement through digital and social marketing and drive online growth.
Customer Journey Maven: Oversee and optimize the customer online journey, crafting a seamless experience filled with automation magic via Klaviyo.
