Role: Digital Marketing Lead
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Direct Reports: 3x
We’re looking for a thoughtful, collaborative Digital Marketing Lead to help shape our digital strategy and guide a small, capable team across CRM, SEO, and content. This role sits at the heart of our marketing function, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Ecommerce & Merchandising Manager to deliver meaningful impact.
If you’re currently working as a Digital Marketing Executive or Specialist and are ready to step into a leadership role, this could be the ideal next move. We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people and purpose as they are about performance.

EXPERIENCE

While you don’t have to be an expert in each area of performance marketing, you’ll need a solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practice, with experience using relevant tools and platforms and the knowledge to guide more junior team members.
