We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead Specialist with a proven track record in lead generation using social media to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
-Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.)
-Create and manage lead generation campaigns to attract high-quality prospects
-Design, test, and optimize sales funnels and conversion-focused landing pages
-Implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows with strong ROI tracking
-Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with sales targets
-Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies
-Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and refine strategies for better results
-Manage content creation to support campaigns
-Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
-Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
What We’re Looking For:
-1 year of experience in Digital Marketing with proven results in lead generation and sales marketing
-Expertise in sales funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and email marketing
-Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and social media algorithms
-Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing strategies
-Strong understanding of conversion funnels, email marketing automation, and sales enablement
-Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in analytics and reporting
-Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
-Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
