We are looking for a Programmatic Buying Lead to join our team. Job Description Lead and grow the programmatic media buying team, ensuring smooth integration into the existing marketing structure. Develop and implement upper-funnel programmatic strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, reach, and engagement. Collaborate with analytics, creative, and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives and brand positioning. Maintain relationships with DSP partners, SSPs, and data providers, negotiating the best commercial conditions and testing new solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and programmatic innovations to implement best practices. Mentor, train, and motivate the team to achieve excellence and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Qualifications 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a programmatic buying team, including proven experience successfully integrating into an already established team. Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: DSP, SSP, DMP, Ad Exchanges, RTB. Hands-on experience with major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.). Strong expertise in strategic planning and building media mixes focused on brand awareness KPIs (reach, impressions, viewability, VTR, brand lift studies, etc.). Proven track record of managing $100K+/month budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve business goals. Experience working with first-party and third-party data, segmentation, look-alike audiences, and retargeting strategies. Knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Power BI/Tableau). Experience in building and developing a team (hiring, training, mentoring, motivating). Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience collaborating with platforms, traffic providers, and external partners. Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and ability to clearly articulate solutions. Upper-Intermediate+ English for communication with international partners.
