SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ideally with relevant experience to retail or lighting.
· Proven experience in managing digital marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end, from strategic development to execution.
· Website design & development experience: Strong understanding of website platforms, web design and ongoing management
· Experience dealing with external website development and resources.
· SEO: Good knowledge of SEO analysis, SEO strategy and planning tools/strategies.
· Strong understanding of brand building and marketing planning.
· Confident project lead with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc) and all social media platforms. (Ideally with LinkedIn experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and strategic digital marketing professional. The exciting new role of Digital Marketing Lead will serve as our main marketing resource, spearheading our online marketing strategy, redeveloping and managing our website, developing first class content, leading campaigns and optimising our marketing presence and digital performance to support our continued growth and the opportunity to grow with the business.
From time to time the role may also involve IRL events, projects and initiatives. In addition, there may be occasions where travel is required to visit projects we are working on or have worked on to support

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Build and execute a strategic Digital Marketing Strategy.
  • Project & Budget Management:
  • Lead project timelines and manage critical paths, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to launch.
  • Manage ongoing marketing & project budgets, tracking spend and ROI with any partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Design, Project and Production Departments to identify marketing opportunities and develop and execute these into high value marketing content and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a Digital Product Catalogue.
  • Develop a Digital Marketing Dashboard and provide executive analysis and insightful reporting on digital marketing activities.
  • Oversee SEO analysis and planning to enhance organic visibility and maintain a strong understanding of technical website build and CMS to ensure optimal online presence.
  • Leverage analytics and precise targeting to maximise ROI across all digital channels.
