A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital growth, or audience development roles, ideally within media, entertainment, or affiliate environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Proven ability to build and scale social-led growth strategies with measurable results in brand awareness, traffic, and engagement.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems, audience behavior on different platforms, and how to adapt messaging and content accordingly.
  • Track record of recruiting and developing creative talent—including creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Deep platform fluency (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Twitch).
  • Experience working with paid social campaigns and organic content amplification strategies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with community-building tactics and creator economy trends is preferred.
  • Background in digital entertainment industry or other high-engagement media sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to work with data tools and social analytics platforms to make performance-informed decisions is preferred.

Responsibilities

As Digital Marketing Lead, you’re an experienced and audience-obsessed leader focused on driving brand visibility and audience growth across non-search channels. You’re someone who isn’t just “on social”—you’re in it. You spot trends before they go viral, know what gets people talking, and are eager to build something big. Reporting into the Franchise Manager, you’ll manage a multidisciplinary marketing team focused on growing a loyal user base and increasing inbound traffic through engaging, platform-native content. You’ll be responsible for building scalable workflows to adapt editorial content across key social platforms, identifying and nurturing creator partnerships, and ensuring the brand remains culturally relevant and resonant. The role is a strategic leadership role requiring a sharp eye for creative talent, an instinct for what drives engagement, and a track record of growing digital brands across distributed channels.
