WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background, with demonstrable experience across paid social and programmatic display executions. A passion for Digital Marketing and strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential in this role.
As a Sainsbury’s Digital Marketing Lead specialising in paid social and display, your role will revolve around utilising your strong knowledge of social platforms, programmatic display, digital audio and Google App Campaigns to drive the continuous optimisation and performance of our paid media activations. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business and form strong relationships with our media and creative agencies, as well as platforms and partners. You’ll use your strong project management skills to plan and execute digital media campaigns, challenging our agencies to evolve our approach through testing, learning and innovation. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, scrutinising our performance and making suggestions for optimisations, as well as tracking our budget to ensure we are delivering in line with expectations. You’ll also be line managing a Digital Marketing Associate, who will support across your campaigns and whom you will be responsible for supporting in their continuous learning and development.
