We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team of digital marketing experts. This role is for a senior level digital marketing professional who wants to be part of an exciting chapter for our growing business. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Board, you will be responsible for digital marketing strategy and delivery across some of our key clients. We are looking for: A well-rounded digital marketer who can dream up large scale digital strategies and delve into the intricate detail of digital campaign optimisations. An analytics expert with strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and other data processing and visualisation tools. An all-rounder in Google Ads, paid social media (inc. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn) and search engine optimisation (SEO/GEO). A people person who loves engaging with clients to help them solve their organisational challenges and coaching internal team members to success. An energetic and enthusiastic team player who is excited by interacting with their team and clients to drive strong results. Someone with diverse experience that can be deeply analytical in the morning and intensely creative in the afternoon. A team player, who believes in and lives by Switch’s values of curiosity, energy and love You will: Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, the Board and other department leads to deliver work on time, within budget and to Switch standard for our clients. Identify areas of improvement within the organisation and be a force for positive change. Be responsible for your own list of key clients, ensuring a strategic partnership, effective delivery of client work and internal teams are empowered to support client success. Deputise for the Head of Digital Marketing when required, including but not limited to, scheduling, internal team support, driving forward internal processes and initiatives and managing client requests. Own the Digital Marketing process maps and ensure these are being correctly utilised by the team, are updated regularly. Be a strong data analyst with proficiency in gathering data and have a keen eye for visualisation to tell a compelling story. Have proficiency in building paid media campaigns, analysing performance and optimising across advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Google Ads. Use your broad digital marketing knowledge to proactively suggest improvements we can make to our clients marketing activity. Have demonstrable expertise in managing complex SEO strategies, migrations and on-page optimisations. Be a key contributor to the development of our team through coaching and mentoring. Be a pro-active member of the team, always looking to improve processes and refine our practice. Produce regular reports and audits for clients and prospective clients; using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Conductor and other digital advertising & web analytics tools, as required, to help provide meaningful, actionable insights for clients. Possess commercial acumen, with the ability to support and drive business development activities. Advantageous but not required: Previous experience managing teams, client accounts and/or large scale projects effectively. Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to improve website performance. Use of content management systems (CMS) like Wordpress and a basic understanding of HTML and websites. Understanding of the media buying landscape and experiencing buying digital or traditional media placements, e.g. OOH, programmatic.
Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Board to deliver digital marketing strategies for key clients. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring effective delivery of client work.
