ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a results-driven digital marketer looking to take the lead on high-profile Automotive campaigns? WDA is looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Lead to drive strategic growth and innovation across our exciting client portfolio.
This role offers hybrid working from our Derby City centre HQ or the flexibility to work fully remotely, depending on candidate preference and experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

In this role, you’ll take a leading role in managing digital marketing projects, ensuring our clients achieve the best possible ROI. You’ll deploy your skills across multiple digital channels, including:

  • Strategic digital marketing planning – Helping shape campaigns and performance strategies.
  • Creative Campaign Ideation – Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop compelling campaigns that engage automotive audiences.
  • Social media management & paid advertising – Planning, executing, and optimising campaigns.
  • SEO & content marketing – Developing and executing strategies that drive organic growth.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics – Use social media tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and deliver actionable insights. Apply data to refine campaigns and drive continual optimisation.
  • Email marketing & automation – Managing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
  • PPC support – Assisting in the management and optimisation of paid search campaigns.
  • Website & CMS administration – Working with WordPress and Magento, creating landing pages, and A/B testing.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation – Stay ahead of platform updates, social media trends, and best practices. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to ensure client campaigns remain competitive and impactful.
