About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Leap. If you have 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, especially on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this is the perfect opportunity to accelerate your career. The charter for this role will include: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) Prepare actionable reports and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness Use data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimizations Assist and execute A/B tests for ads and landing pages to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and copy Monitor and maintain account and campaign hygiene to ensure optimal performance and compliance Tackle campaign challenges with a structured, analytical, and problem-solving approach Ideal Persona would: 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads Proficient with campaign management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets (e.g., CPA, ROAS) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Self-starter, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive with autonomy Experience with landing page optimization or creative briefing is a plus Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.
