Description

The Digital Marketing Manager helps to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns for Smyle group agencies. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to websites and social media, and supporting CXD with lead acquisition.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Oversee the digital paid media strategy with a focus on both acquisition and brand awareness, including managing the associated budget and KPIs.
  • Map and optimise the complete client journey across all digital products and touchpoints, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure all marketing data integrates seamlessly with the Loop (Salesforce), creating a single source of truth for client interactions and campaign performance.
  • Continuously research, identify, analyse, and measure trends and consumer behaviour. Use data to create and update content or campaigns on various platforms, including websites, social media and e-shots.
  • Develop innovative strategies to achieve cut-through with prospects and clients in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.
  • Enhance the intelligence of email, web and other platforms for marketing campaigns through advanced techniques such as hyper-personalisation, Idomoo videos, and dynamic content.
  • Explore and implement innovative content formats including interactive elements, personalised video, and immersive experiences to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate to ensure the agreed-upon strategy is executed across all digital channels, including paid media, social media, CRM, and onsite.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to support an evolving and improving SEO strategy.
  • Produce reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the broader team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners.
  • Supporting the business objective of brand awareness and growth.
  • Assist the marketing team with all other duties appropriate to the role.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in managing performance media across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Proficient in using a mix of digital platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience mapping client journeys across digital touchpoints and optimising the user experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM systems (called Loop at Smyle) and data integration best practices.
  • An understanding of SEO industry standards.
  • Experience with advanced personalisation technologies such as Idomoo, dynamic content systems, and hyper-personalisation techniques.
  • Overseeing the creation of video and interactive content formats.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at any level.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and drive own projects.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Understanding of brand content and how to communicate visual, sound, and tone of voice requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for measuring data.
