This is a remote position. PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS We are a trusted, small electrical services business based in Dandenong South, committed to providing high-quality residential and commercial services across Melbourne. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Marketing & Digital Lead to own our entire marketing function. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for both strategy and execution, with a direct line between your efforts and our business growth. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality, local leads and build our brand reputation. Core Responsibilities Local Lead Generation: Design, manage, and optimise campaigns across META Ads/Google Ads (PPC) and Local Service Ads to ensure a steady stream of quote requests. SEO & Google Business Profile Ownership: Be the master of our Local Search strategy. Manage our Google Business Profile (Reviews, Posts, Q&A) and execute SEO strategies to rank highly for key Melbourne electrical search terms. Reputation Management: Proactively solicit, monitor, and respond to all customer reviews (Google, Facebook, etc.) to maintain a 5-star reputation. Content & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (photos of completed jobs, safety tips, service announcements) across our key social channels (Facebook, Instagram). Performance Reporting: Track all marketing KPIs (Cost Per Lead, ROI, Website Traffic) and report clear, actionable insights to the business owner. Marketing Collateral: Manage the design and consistency of our brand assets (vehicle signage, uniforms, flyers, brochures) as needed. Requirements Essential: Proven success in a hands-on, generalist marketing role, ideally within a service-based business, trades, or SME environment. Must Have: Expert proficiency in META Ads, Local SEO, and/or Google Ads (PPC). Having experience working with an Australian client in a general marketing specialist role is highly preferred Familiar with Apollo.io or any other lead generation tools Experience in creating marketing campaigns A data-driven mindset with the ability to manage a budget and justify spend based on clear ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can write clear, compelling copy for both ads and website content. Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable but not essential; practical experience is key. Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement.
