Description

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in the healthcare sector and fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and support business growth.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Create and manage Arabic-language content tailored for the local market, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines.
  • Oversee the management and performance of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize the company website and landing pages for user experience and conversion.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with doctors, clinic managers, and external agencies to align digital efforts with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends and healthcare regulations in the UAE/GCC market.
  • Manage social media accounts, online reputation, and respond to patient inquiries in Arabic and English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the healthcare sector.
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with analytical skills and a passion for healthcare marketing.
  • Experience in CRM, marketing automation, and patient journey mapping is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per mont
