Job Description
We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead the hotel’s online presence; driving brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns and managing digital content that align with the hotel’s commercial goals, whilst ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as Accor’s national and regional teams to enhance guest engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and support the hotel’s commercial strategy.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality; with a proven ability to develop and execute digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
