Your purpose will be: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for determining tactical efforts, which drive revenue to the hotel on all streams: Rooms, F&B, MICE, Golf, Spa & other ancillaries. Working hand-in-hand with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Revenue Manager to ensure a cohesive approach to align digital strategies on direct and indirect with revenue goals. This role involves managing the hotel websites, OTAs, CRM, digital marketing, social media and email marketing campaigns to ensure consistent and effective online engagement with potential and existing guests. Job Description Contribute to the overall hotel strategy, including annual marketing planning and budgeting, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B teams Develop and manage annual and quarterly digital and e-commerce plans and budgets across direct and indirect channels Identify market trends, insights, and revenue opportunities to drive growth across Rooms, F&B outlets, and MICE Own the design, content, functionality, and performance of the hotel website, ensuring brand consistency, optimal user experience, SEO/SEA effectiveness, and conversion optimization Ensure website content is high-quality, relevant, and regularly updated with promotions, events, and offers Drive web direct performance through SEO, SEA, display advertising, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization Ensure Accor App visibility, content accuracy, and usage uplift in line with brand standards Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners, coordinating strategy and promotions with the Director of Revenue Activate and optimize digital tools and sponsored products across OTA platforms Monitor rate parity and optimize hotel content, imagery, offers, and visibility across OTAs, metasearch, and GDS Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and metasearch channels Lead social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and source markets Manage CRM and email marketing activities for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets in line with strategy and corporate guidelines Use data and analytics to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across digital touchpoints Oversee the hotel’s online reputation, monitoring guest feedback and working closely with Guest Relations and Operations teams to address issues and enhance guest experience Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role in hospitality or related industries Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English Ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele and senior stakeholders Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS platforms, and digital marketing technologies Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies to drive revenue growth Familiarity with hotel systems, OTA platforms, and third-party distribution channels is advantageous Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused with a collaborative approach Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues Additional Information What is in it for you?
