Aerosol Research and Engineering (ARE) Labs is a small private laboratory working in the field of pharmaceutical and bioaerosol testing, founded in 2009 to fill a crucial gap in the aerosol testing market. Housed in a state-of-the-art 15,000-square-foot facility in Overland Park, Kansas, we provide comprehensive, independent testing services across all facets of aerosol science. Our growth has been organic, built on a reputation for excellence, and we are now launching our first active marketing campaign to accelerate our expansion.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategy. As ARE Labs has historically grown without marketing expenditures, you will be pivotal in building and executing our first targeted strategic marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who excels at translating complex services into compelling marketing initiatives and measuring success through rigorous data analysis. You will be instrumental in helping us achieve our sustained annual growth target of 30%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search, display, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop and execute organic social media marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), drawing on your experience managing significant annual ad spends.
  • Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with our scientific team to align organic and paid SEO efforts, optimize website tracking, and enhance landing pages for lead generation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to create targeted campaigns and relevant content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns for efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Paid Media Manager or Digital Marketing role, preferably with experience managing a diverse campaign simultaneously.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern ad platforms (Google, Meta) and analytics tools (GA4/Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager).
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Marketing Analysis or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Framer or other similar web platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
