Job Description A leading real estate group is seeking a Digital Manager to lead all digital marketing activities for the company and its various projects—from the strategy phase through to execution and optimization. The role includes full responsibility for managing campaigns, leads, digital assets, working with vendors, and performance analysis, while maintaining a close connection to sales and business goals. Responsibilities Leading and managing digital campaigns across various platforms (Search, Social, Discovery, Remarketing, and more). Responsibility for lead traffic, lead quality, and improving conversion rates. Managing project websites, landing pages, forms, and user experience. Ongoing collaboration with advertising agencies, media vendors, creative teams, and studios. Data analysis, performance reporting, ongoing optimization, and meeting targets. Connecting digital activities to sales operations, including CRM management and improving appointment setting. Leading experiments, new creative initiatives, and forward-thinking marketing strategies. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience in digital or performance management – Mandatory. Proven experience in campaign management and lead generation – Mandatory. Proficiency in advertising and analysis systems. Analytical thinking combined with high execution capabilities. Ability to work independently, organized, and detail-oriented. Experience in the Real Estate industry – Significant Advantage. Ability to work with multiple interfaces and under pressure. Distinct technological orientation.
