The Lounge by Zalando Marketing team is looking for a driven and adaptable Digital Marketing Manager to join us in supporting our mission to become the starting point for fashion. This role will focus on managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across key channels, with expertise in areas such as Affiliate Marketing or Paid Social being a strong asset. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll develop data-driven strategies that drive ROI, enhance brand impact, and strengthen our digital presence across European markets.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize performance-driven marketing campaigns across key channels, such as Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social, for assigned markets. While experience in these areas is beneficial, a willingness to learn and upskill is equally valued. Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI by leveraging performance data to refine targeting and maximize results.
  • Channel Expansion and Optimization: Identify opportunities to grow key channels and partnerships (e.g., affiliates, social platforms), leveraging insights and automation to scale performance.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (Paid Search, SEO, CRM) to align strategies, share insights, and drive cohesive marketing efforts across channels. Ensure a customer-centric approach is at the core of all initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Balance short-term campaign optimization with long-term growth strategies, leveraging data and advanced targeting capabilities to drive sustainable results.
  • Innovation and Analysis: Propose new ideas, experiment with trends, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies. Experience with marketing automation is a plus for driving efficiency and scalability.
