Your role The ideal candidate is a strategic digital marketer with strong execution capability, comfortable operating in a matrixed global organization, and experienced in enterprise B2B marketing across multiple APAC markets.  What you’ll need * Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads.  * Work across various digital channels – social media, website, SEO/ SEM, display, email, content – both organic and paid and help to create an integrated strategy. * Own digital analytics using tools like Google Analytics 4, data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker), and AI-enabled attribution models. * Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through dashboards, forecasting models, and cross-regional reports. * Liaise with global digital marketing counterparts to synchronize efforts and optimize omni-channel strategy & execution (including budget allocations) * Collaborate with regional field teams, sales, and product marketing to align campaign messaging and content with market needs. * Manage the tech platforms that Digital Realty uses to optimise spends and performance. * Manage existing agencies and onboard new ones as needed to amplify routes to market.  * Support Joint Venture (JV) digital marketing alignment, ensuring JV branding and digital execution adhere to corporate brand guidelines while respecting JV-specific requirements. * Launch, manage, and scale always-on and campaign-based content syndication programs across APAC markets. * Assume other special projects/assignments from the VP APAC Marketing   What you’ll need  * Expertise and experience in B2B digital marketing * Ability to deliver campaigns that complement the complete marketing mix * Relevant certifications will be an advantage (SEO/SEM, social media, etc) * Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and  Ads, marketing automation software (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and social media management tools, Strong technology skills, (e.g. MS Office and Adobe Suite * Experience with local platforms such as Naver, Baidu, Kakao, Line, WeChat will be an advantage * Experience working in global B2B technology firms an advantage * Understanding of GDPR requirements and privacy regulations for marketing activities in APAC context * Connections with events agencies and/ or digital marketing agencies to run APAC-wide and in-country campaigns an advantage * Educated to degree level in either Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent * 7-10 years’ experience in a B2B marketing environment, in the technology sector * Experience working with global tech companies an advantage * Experience in regional vs single country roles an advantage  * A track record of delivering successful strategic, global and regional marketing programmes with a measurable outcome * Experience in agency management * Ability to work independently, in a matrix structure and as part of a team * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and effectively manage time * Consistent delivery of high-impact digital programs that support APAC pipeline and growth targets. * Clear, data-driven insights that influence regional and global marketing decisions. * Strong alignment across global, regional, field, partner, and JV marketing teams. * Scalable, always-on digital and content syndication engines supporting long-term demand generation.   A bit about us Digital Realty brings companies and data together by delivering the full spectrum of data center, colocation and interconnection solutions.
