ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Manager who can drive demand and engagement across the full funnel. This role blends lifecycle marketing, demand generation, ABM, and marketing operations, perfect for someone who thrives in a startup, has worked with enterprise B2B SaaS products, and understands the nuances of long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals.
You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, manage our marketing automation systems, update and optimize our website, and experiment with creative ways to generate pipeline. You’ll also help drive account-based marketing programs in partnership with sales to reach and influence high-value accounts. This is a chance to make a visible impact on Aquant’s growth by combining data-driven execution with outside-the-box thinking.
Why you’ll love this role? You’ll be a key member of a high-impact marketing team at a fast-growing AI startup, have direct ownership of programs that fuel growth and pipeline, and be a part of a fantastic agile team that has a great culture and vibe!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, paid, ABM, and web channels to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Own HubSpot: workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting, and database health.
  • Design and support ABM initiatives with sales, including account selection, personalized campaigns, and metric alignment.
  • Track and analyze performance using HubSpot, Salesforce, and attribution/analytics platforms (e.g., HockeyStack).
  • Manage and update website content (CMS updates, landing pages, conversion paths).
  • Apply UX best practices to improve digital journeys and conversion rates.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver relevant, targeted campaigns across audiences.
  • Partner closely with sales on pipeline health, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with brand/content to create assets that fuel demand and lifecycle programs.
  • Explore creative, resourceful approaches to generate awareness and engagement in a lean, fast-moving environment.
