Description

Our client is a global asset management with strong prescence in Asia. They are seeking a dynamic and visionary senior regional digital marketing manager to lead their Asia-focused digital initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving innovation across digital platforms, marketing technologies, and client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, implementing AI/MarTech solutions, and collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless, data-driven marketing operations. This role can be based in either Singapore or Hong Kong office.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing leadership, preferably within financial services or technology sectors. Strong foundation in AI/MarTech, web publishing, email marketing, and content management across platforms.
  • Project & Technical Acumen: Skilled in analyzing functional and technical requirements, collaborating with IT to estimate delivery timelines, and managing project dependencies across development queues.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues, seeking solutions, and delivering actionable next steps to stakeholders. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving resolution.
  • Organized & Multitasking: Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across different time zones. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
  • Lifecycle Management: Deep understanding of the digital project lifecycle—from analysis and development to testing, launch, and post-implementation review.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a second language (preferably Chinese) is a plus. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
  • Education & Credentials: An Advanced degree in computing, technology, analytics, AI, or marketing is preferred. Experience in Asia and familiarity with financial services are advantageous; obtaining asset management licenses could be expected. Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, digital, and/or marketing fields – with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns/strategies and overseeing leading-edge MarTech.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, super hands-on, flexible, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. Independent thinker with a collaborative spirit. An up-and-coming candidate could be ideal.

  • Project Management & Technical Oversight
  • Act as primary project manager for new digital initiatives, including research, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to content synchronization, data feeds, and platform performance.
  • Provide backup support for content posting and adjustments, ensuring 24/7 coverage in collaboration with global teams.
  • Support the creation and optimization of digital content, such as blog posts, infographics, and videos.
  • Client Engagement & Internal Collaboration
  • Work directly with clients on digital campaign planning and implementation.
  • Partner with in-house sales, marketing, and analytics teams to maximize campaign impact.
  • Represent Asia in global digital forums and initiatives.
  • Research / Data Analytics
  • Track/deliver regular dashboard via (but not limited to) Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc.
  • Consolidate campaign data and analysis via regular dashboard reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
