Job Details Job Location: JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FL 32250 Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Salary/year Job Description We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new premium garden brand built on the proven mineral science that made Athena the leader in hydroponic nutrients. The Digital Marketing Manager is the entrepreneurial owner of digital performance, ecommerce, and analytics. Brand strategy and positioning will be owned in-house by leadership; your job is to turn that strategy into traffic, conversion, and repeat revenue across Amazon and DTC channels. This is a builder role: you’ll be hands-on with campaigns, tools, data, and experiments, working closely with the Marketing Director and the Global Director, Amazon & Marketplace Growth to turn the brand into a scalable growth engine. Responsibilities Plan and execute digital campaigns across Amazon & DTC channels Manage day-to-day performance marketing (Amazon Ads, paid social, paid search) to drive traffic and conversions for brand products. Build and optimize funnels from ad to PDP/landing page to email/SMS to repeat purchase. Own Amazon & marketplace performance in partnership with the Global Director Help manage listings, content, A+ pages, and brand store with a testing mindset. Run keyword research, Amazon PPC campaigns, and reporting to improve ranking, ROAS, and contribution margin. Manage DTC site performance (phase 2) Collaborate on site structure, product pages, and merchandising for the brand. Run CRO tests (copy, imagery, bundles, offers) to lift conversion rate and AOV. Build and optimize lifecycle marketing Set up and manage email/SMS flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, winback). Segment customers and tailor messaging across houseplants, yards, palms, and lawns. Own marketing analytics & reporting Define and track core KPIs across channels (traffic, CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, LTV, repeat rate). Create clear, regular reporting for the Marketing Director and leadership with insights and recommended actions. Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and promos Work with marketing, Amazon/marketplaces, ops, and creative to launch new SKUs, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events. Translate brand and product strategy into clear briefs for content, creative, and agencies/freelancers. Test, learn, and scale Maintain a structured testing roadmap (audiences, creative, offers, landing pages). Double down on what works, quickly cut what doesn’t, and communicate learnings back to the team. Skills & Competencies Strong performance marketing mindset with comfort in numbers, targets, and testing. Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Amazon, or similar). Understanding of ecommerce funnels and how different channels work together. Highly analytical and fluent in turning data into actionable decisions. Organized, process-driven, and able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines. Clear, concise communicator who can work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners. High ownership mentality and bias toward action in a scrappy, startup-like environment. Proficient in email marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and comfortable operating with ambiguity High degree of ethics and integrity Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing. Direct experience managing paid media (at least one of: Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, or other performance channels). Experience working with ecommerce platform and basic understanding of CRO. Comfortable building and reading reports in tools like Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and spreadsheets. Demonstrated ability to run campaigns from planning to execution to optimization to reporting. Proficient in executing social media content campaigns, and email marketing. Strong written communication skills for briefs, basic ad copy, and coordination with creative. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
