In this role, you’ll lead the creation and optimization of digital campaigns across social media, SEO, and paid channels, driving brand awareness and engagement. Purpose of the role Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media, display ads, SEO, and SEM to grow our brand and reach new audiences. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain our brand presence on social media. Plan and run marketing campaigns to promote atNorth. Manage social platforms and external agencies. Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement) and report insights. Research new markets and digital growth opportunities. Support marketing projects, timelines, and communication. Assist with marketing automation and lead nurturing for Sales. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in digital marketing with a solid social media expertise. Skilled in content management systems and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven ability to establish targets and manage budgets Excellent English communication skills. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Solid experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO. B2B marketing experience; knowledge of IT/data centers is a great plus. Adaptable to multi-cultural environments. You’ll Thrive If You Have a “can-do” attitude and work well under pressure.
