THE ROLE

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital campaigns. This role requires both creativity and analytical ability, from crafting compelling content and managing paid campaigns, to measuring ROI and driving continuous improvement.
You will have the autonomy to shape our digital approach and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our brand visibility and lead generation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Oversee SEO and website optimisation projects.
• Create engaging digital content across social media and email marketing.
• Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new tools or platforms.
• Collaborate with consultants and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
