Purpose of role: Digital Marketing Manager is responsible to lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives for Blackmores Thailand. This includes driving brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. Responsibilities include: Digital Marketing Plan Execution Timely and effective delivery of the Blackmores Thailand digital marketing plan, aligned with brand objectives and “jobs to be done.” Own and execute the digital marketing strategy and activation plans for Blackmores Thailand. Align digital efforts with the annual brand strategy and business objectives. Drive alignment between sales and marketing teams on digital efforts and shared goals. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment Campaigns & Content Production and curation of unrivalled digital content that drives consumer preference and campaign performance Maximized return on digital campaign investments across all channels. Plan and deliver key digital brand campaigns and always-on initiatives in collaboration with the brand team. Lead and manage agencies to develop content and execute paid media campaigns across digital channels. Produce and curate high-performing digital content that resonates with target audiences. Champion best practices in content optimization, digital storytelling, and inclusive representation. Channel & Performance Management Demonstrated collaboration and shared outcomes between sales and marketing teams on digital initiatives Advise on channel-specific strategies and optimize content for performance and engagement. Manage Blackmores Thailand’s social media channels with agency support, ensuring growth and relevance. Own campaign measurement, reporting, and ROI analysis across paid, owned, and earned media Influencer & Partnership Management Manage influencer marketing, including talent selection, briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking. Execute digital partnerships and content collaborations to expand reach and relevance. Team Performance: Build and support a high-performing digital marketing team and agency ecosystem. . Who are you? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising or any related discipline Minimum 6 years’ experience working in digital marketing roles preferably in FMCG, health & wellness, or consumer brands. Experience in developing and executing digital marketing plans (may include paid media, social media, content campaigns) Exposure working with Marketing Technologies (CRM, Google Analytic and etc) Experience in Working with Audience Data Experience leveraging social listening for insight Experience working with and managing a digital media and/or content agency A sense of independence to work individually and as a team player, and ability to work in fast-paced environments Passion for growth in business and a proven track record in generating, leading and converting opportunities Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
