We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across paid media, email marketing automation, social media, SEO, and analytics. This role plays a critical part in driving demand generation, brand visibility, and measurable pipeline impact across Bluefin’s marketing and sales teams.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be highly analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of paid digital advertising platforms, marketing automation (Pardot), and SEO. They should be experienced in translating data into actionable insights, optimizing campaigns based on performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals.

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in FinTech, payments, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven expertise managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and preferably WordPress.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills across formats (social copy, landing pages, email content).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies (SEO, digital media, creative).
  • Familiarity with 6Sense or intent-based marketing platforms (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
