JOB SUMMARY:

Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing a data driven, omnichannel approach to marketing across a variety of channels including but not limited to web, email, social media, SEO optimization, and PPC.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • 4+ years of marketing management experience in-house or at an agency, preferably working in the B2C space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Ability to be hands-on in developing and implementing company-wide marketing plans.
  • Excellent computer skills including using CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
  • Execute our company marketing strategy including but not limited to: web, email, social media, SEO optimization, and PPC.
  • Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through digital marketing. Optimize marketing processes, integrating tools for seamless communications, and implementing persona-based messaging.
  • Streamline efforts, maximize efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in our marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPIs
  • Review audiences for different campaigns to ensure our marketing outreach is targeting the right prospects
  • Consistently test new campaigns and track existing ones to drive down CPLs.
  • Manage and recruit third party consultants to support us in a variety of marketing mediums
  • Develop internal and external marketing policies and style guidelines
  • Lead corporate branding initiatives
  • Oversee the design and content on our corporate websites.
  • Track campaigns and develop reports to make data driven marketing decisions.
  • Lead brand creation and maintenance of existing company brands.
  • Oversee social media posting and schedules as well as interact with customer messages and responses on these platforms.
