Career Pro Recruitment Agency in the UAE is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for one of its clients. The ideal candidate will lead digital strategy, drive measurable growth across paid and organic channels, and work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen brand presence and customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok (as relevant) Manage SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and content) to improve rankings and organic traffic Oversee social media strategy, community growth, and content performance Lead email marketing, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns Track and report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, retention, traffic growth) Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance insights Coordinate with creative/content teams and external agencies for campaign assets Improve website performance with CRO initiatives (A/B tests, landing pages, funnels) Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new channel opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (UAE/GCC experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards Experience with CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.) Solid understanding of content strategy and social media performance metrics Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with a structured approach Strong communication skills and stakeholder management Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, or B2B lead generation (depending on client sector) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows Team leadership experience What the Client Offers Competitive salary package (based on experience) Career growth and exposure to high-impact projects Supportive, performance-driven environment
