JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong and proven background in digital marketing to boost our retail business for flooring and cabinet products. This role will lead online marketing initiatives to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales, while enhancing brand awareness across digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in driving sales growth.
  • Experience in retail marketing is highly preferred, especially home improvement products like flooring and cabinets.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
