POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that elevate the Celayix brand and drive demand for our solutions. This is a hands-on role whereby the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects.

SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with website management using tools such as Divi and Wordpress
• Experience with a SaaS company is an asset
• Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages and content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

• Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth objectives.
• Team Management: Lead marketing team and provide support to two team members to achieve organizational objectives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and content marketing.
• Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation strategies to build a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team, leveraging tools such as website, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
• Website Management: Maintain and update the Celayix website including creation of new webpages in line with company goals.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Celayix brand’s presence and reputation in the market, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with our partner companies to help reach new communities of potential customers.
