Summary
The La Colombe DTC Team is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our direct revenue driving channels for LaColombe.com by developing and executing programs for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and maximizing ROI through effective digital campaigns and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations and optimizations of our direct revenue driving channels for LaColombe.com including but not limited to email, SMS, and paid media
  • Manage budget planning, pacing, and optimizations across relevant online marketing channels
  • Maintain the digital content calendar with input from the DTC, Brand, Marketing, Product, Cafes, Insights, and Wholesale teams
  • Prepare and communicate digital analytics for various audiences including Executives, the Marketing team, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Social and Comms teams to maximize synergies across communications
  • Drive strategies that attract and convert new customers to LaColombe.com through digital channels.
  • Develop retention programs and loyalty initiatives to increase DTC customer lifetime value
  • Leverage data analytics to personalize user experiences and inform decision-making.
