Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing campaigns and projects. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker who can effectively lead cross-functional teams and drive successful digital marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (PREFERRED):

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of website analytics and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in design or development tools.
    The position can either be based in Linköping, Sweden, Grand Rapids or Cincinnati, US

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and that will position Configura as a thought leader within Commercial Interiors and Material Handling
  • Create, manage and oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design, development) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels and campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
