EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Photoshop.
  • Expertise in website optimisation, SEO, and PPC management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online experience, aligning digital efforts with inventory and retail operations.
  • Affiliate & Social Media: Manage affiliate networks, optimise website content, and oversee social media engagement.
