Under the brand CAPTIVA , we manufacture PCs and notebooks that can be found mainly in the DACH region at retailers such as MediaMarkt, Saturn, Otto and Amazon.

With the Nexoc Store (online as well as a store in Dachau), we offer end customers a comprehensive range of PCs, notebooks, hardware and peripherals.  

Shape our future with us! To strengthen our marketing team in Dachau, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on performance marketing to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks: 

• Management and optimization of various social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). You are responsible for organic content and for running advertisements.  
• Setting up and optimizing Google Ads (SEA), SEO optimization of our shops/websites
• Development and implementation of cross-channel marketing campaigns (concept development and content creation) 
• Analysis of marketing data and derivation of optimization measures
• Creation of advertising and press texts for different target groups (B2B, B2C)  
• Setting up newsletter marketing, public relations: building and maintaining press distribution lists 

Job requirements

• Completed studies in marketing or economics with a focus on (online) marketing/advertising/media or comparable training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally with a focus on performance, social media or content.
• Confident handling of common tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing systems, etc.
• Independent and structured work style
• Creativity and strategic understanding for targeted campaign planning
• Analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
