Description

Element Recruitment are working with a leading business based in Bristol who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This vital role will enhance marketing efforts and drive lead generation and client engagement through effective strategies, leveraging extensive HubSpot expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy using HubSpot to generate leads.
  • Manage and optimise HubSpot for marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Create and implement a referral marketing program to build client relationships.
  • Analyse marketing trends and campaign performance, reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business development and senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
  • Manage and optimise the firm’s website and online presence.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory marketing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Extensive expertise in HubSpot including analytics and CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and client relationship strategies.
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

This role is paying upto £55,000 with hybrid working and an excellent benefits package.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
