The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and optimization of digital marketing programs. This person will possess a working knowledge of strategic planning and will focus on managing and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing performance, and improving digital engagement and conversion rates. This role involves delivering on strategy through hands-on campaign management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years minimum relevant experience in digital marketing; Preference in global corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Account Engagement/Marketing Automation, Salesforce/CRM, Web/Content Management Systems, and Social Media Platforms.
- A technical aptitude and understanding of SEO and SEM principles and strategies, including Pay-per-Click/Google Ads, and content optimization techniques to enhance organic search performance and strengthen brand visibility.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights to improve engagement and conversions across digital touchpoints, using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Account Engagement/Pardot, and Hootsuite.
- Deep understanding of web marketing, e-marketing, and social media, combined with strategic insight and creative execution to drive brand engagement and online growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and working knowledge in Account Engagement, Adobe creative suite, web design and photo-editing are assets.
- Exceptional communicator (English) with strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Customer focused with deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and journeys to tailor marketing approaches and create compelling content/messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience leading multiple projects simultaneously. Well-honed prioritization, organization and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, management and teamwork skills, thriving in a fast-paced, self-driven environment.
- Staff development and management experience with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Staying current with digital trends, tools, and best practices, and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Work experience and knowledge of B2B markets are an asset.
- Experience working in an ISO9001, 14001, 13485 certified, and/or FDA QSR compliant environment is an asset.
