Position Overview:
Finer Custom Jewelry is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, executor, and innovator. Your mission: drive qualified leads, amplify our luxury brand across digital platforms, and help position Finer as the go-to destination for custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing performance, SEO, lead funnels, and content strategy in a luxury service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to grow online visibility, drive lead generation, and support brand objectives.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Pinterest with a focus on ROI and CPL.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives including keyword planning, content optimization, backlink strategy, and performance monitoring.
  • Own the digital marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with product launches, seasons, promotions, and events.

Content, Social & Email Marketing

  • Plan and oversee content creation for blog posts, landing pages, emails, and social media channels.
  • Build and manage campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar — focused on nurturing leads, re-engaging past clients, and driving referrals.
  • Oversee the brand’s organic social presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest), aligning content with campaign goals and voice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creatives (photographers, graphic designers, video editors) to develop luxury-standard assets.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms to track campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Report weekly on key KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, leads, ad spend, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and improve funnel efficiency — from awareness through conversion.

Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Deeply understand the luxury jewelry buyer’s mindset and help shape messaging that builds emotional connections.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and design teams to align marketing with the client journey and experience.
  • Coordinate reviews, referrals, and influencer campaigns to generate high-trust UGC and online reputation.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and platforms in the jewelry and luxury space.
  • Propose new growth channels or marketing experiments to expand reach and improve marketing performance.
  • Help identify and pitch creative campaigns, partnerships, or digital PR opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on luxury services, lead generation, or high-ticket items.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a feel for emotional luxury branding.
  • Experience managing creative teams or content production a plus.
  • Confident in using analytics tools and dashboards to drive decisions.
  • High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in the fine jewelry or luxury lifestyle space.
  • Familiarity with the customer psychology behind engagement ring and gift purchases.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing or affiliate partnerships.
