The candidate should be a skilled communicator with excellent writing abilities, capable of creating engaging content and managing social media campaigns. ABOUT THE ROLE:

Flogas is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across all channels, from paid advertising, social media, SEO and email marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and brand guidelines. This includes creating annual plans, setting KPIs, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and informative content across various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email. Focus on storytelling and highlighting our commitment to sustainability.
  • Drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building. Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximise ROI and reach target audiences.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Manage social media channels, create compelling content, and monitor social listening.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and communicate important updates to customers. Segment audiences and personalise messaging for optimal results.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimised for user experience, SEO, and conversions. Contribute to website content updates and improvements.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximising return on investment.
  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, customer service, and corporate communications, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
