About the role: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts to bring the Gallagher brand to life online. This is a content-heavy role, requiring creativity and execution skills to craft compelling stories and digital experiences that attract new clients, engage existing clients, and inspire our people. You will be responsible to for developing and implementing online marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This position involves managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, such as social media, email, and search advertising, while analysing performance to optimise outcomes. How you'll make an impact Content Creation and Optimisation Own the content calendar and lead the development of high-quality, original content for social media, email, website and digital campaigns. Campaign Management Execute digital marketing campaigns, including BTL paid activity, social media, email, and search (PPC and SEO) with goal of attracting leads through digital channels as well as raising our brand profile and showcasing our expertise through thought leadership. Channel management Manage and maintain digital platforms (social media, email, website, intranet etc) with help from our agencies and our internal IT team, and in collaboration with marketing team colleagues. Best Practice guidance Provide advice and guidance on digital marketing best practice. Analytics and Reporting Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Optimise campaigns to improve visibility and engagement and ultimately drive conversions. Building relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and partners. Marketing & Communications From time to time, support Senior Marketing & Communications Manager in marketing and communications activities as directed. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in end-to-end content planning, creation, and channel management Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce compelling copy and visuals for digital platforms Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyse campaign performance to make decisions. Practical experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, specifically GA4, Salesforce (Marketing Cloud), Sharepoint, and familiarity with content management systems. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social and digital media. Ability to work autonomously on executing digital marketing activity.
