POSITION OVERVIEW:

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager, Global Strategic Marketing (GSM) for its Aesthetic and Reconstruction Business. This position is located in Irvine, CA.

We are looking for a top-level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Strategic Marketing team. This role is essential in crafting and implementing digital marketing strategies across markets, ensuring our message resonates and drives engagement with diverse audiences in the aesthetic and reconstruction healthcare field. The candidate will possess outstanding project management skills, a collaborative spirit, and expertise in all facets of digital marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 8 years relevant marketing experience. Medical Device marketing experience preferred. Aesthetic & Reconstruction experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing, project management, downstream marketing, brand & campaign management
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with a track record of communicating ideas clearly, persuasively and effectively to diverse audiences
• Shown ability to lead, develop, and foster strong customer internal and external relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and encouraging long-term partnerships
• Experience working efficiently with external agencies applying effective budget management.
• Working across multiple global markets, developing and implementing effective digital/social strategies

Other:

• This position will be based out of Irvine, 2 or more days per week office based CA and may require up to 20% travel (domestic or international)

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

• Implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with the goals of the organization.
• Handle digital marketing projects from concept through execution, including timelines. Work closely with digital team on budgeting, and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams, including global digital and commercialization team, regional marketers and extended teams to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive and support business objectives.
• Present to management on project progress and resources vital to complete elements of the projects.Performs plans, processes, and tasks of Digital Engagement projects that align with and meet company standards.Develops actionable insights for efficient client engagement through appropriate outreach strategies and the delivery of targeted content.
• Build and oversee content marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including SEO-optimized websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, sought at driving engagement and conversion.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and social media insights, and provide actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
• Coordinate and lead digital marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to refine strategies and tactics. Identify opportunities for growth
