REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a digital marketing management role (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including proficiency with AI tools for PPC, SEO, and CRO.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing impactful marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to optimize PPC, SEO, CRO, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.).
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Liaise with third parties to progress projects where required.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
