Position Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role involves leveraging digital channels such as social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate is results-driven, has exceptional analytical skills, and is passionate about creating impactful digital strategies. This position is full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends required for campaign launches or events. Ongoing training in digital marketing best practices is provided.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods of time.
