ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role and has strong, hands-on experience with paid search and paid social. Marketing automation experience would be ideal, while having a broad understanding of marketing technologies, website analytics and the interaction between digital channels to create a cohesive user journey.
You will have a can-do attitude and will happily manage the needs of smaller, day-to-day tasks and larger, high impact projects that require strategic thinking.
With excellent communication and project management skills, you will be able to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders and prioritise the work accordingly.
You will have a key interest in working for an organisation that focuses on providing quality patient care.

EXPERIENCE

Relevant tertiary or digital marketing qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role with a key focus on end-to-end optimisation of lead generation activities.
Strong skills in paid search and paid social media advertising with up-to-date knowledge of their capabilities.
Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms with a solid understanding of how to create nurturing journeys.
Excellent knowledge of a broad range of MarTech platforms from automation tools, tag management platforms, content management systems, ad tech and generative AI.
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Looker Studio to generate insights and report on performance.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects from end to end while engaging with multiple stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
Experience with integration / automation tools like Zapier and/or Power Automate a bonus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing and working closely with the Digital Experience Specialist, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving lead generation activities for the Icon Cancer Centre division of Icon Group globally (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and soon in the UK).
Using your broad experience across all digital marketing disciplines, you will optimise the customer journey from end-to-end while leveraging your paid search and paid social expertise to maximise lead volume.
With several large MarTech projects on the horizon including CRM, marketing automation and web development projects alongside expansion into new markets, you will have the opportunity to make your mark professionally by gaining significant digital transformation experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the paid media budget across all Icon Cancer Centre markets with a focus on lead generation via paid search and paid social.
Monitor the lead pipeline of enquiries ensuring the quality of leads are maintained while driving sufficient volume to achieve revenue target KPIs.
Work with the broader marketing team on content strategy to power lead generation activities across multiple channels.
Work closely with the Digital Experience Specialist to improve engagement and conversion rates on the websites by collaborating on landing page design, UX and SEO.
Leverage Google Analytics and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights and report on lead generation effectiveness.
