QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Additional digital/analytics certifications desirable.
  • Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a management role; multi-brand or multi-market experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing full-funnel B2C campaigns.
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and CRM/automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and retargeting.
  • Confident managing budgets, optimising CPL/ROAS, and reporting on performance.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or other high-value B2C sectors.(Desirable)
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and emerging digital trends.(Desirable)

CAPABILITY BUILDING & PLATFORM KNOWLEDGE

  • Coach and upskill internal team members to increase group-wide digital marketing capacity.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI marketing, automation, and digital innovation.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing performance-driven digital strategies across multiple brands within Impact Travel Group (ITG). The role collaborates closely with brand leaders and marketing teams to support and enable their success by guiding funnel design, overseeing agency execution, and ensuring commercial outcomes. This position is central to driving lead generation, nurturing and conversion at scale.
