DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and web design (Wix Studio/WordPress).
• Leadership Mindset: Ability to mentor juniors and manage team priorities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Semrush, AHREFS, Google Search Console, and AI tools.
• Creative & Analytical: Balance data-driven strategies with compelling design.
• Passion for Tech: Interest in Cyber Security, IT, or emerging digital trends.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll bridge hands-on execution with leadership, guiding junior team members while managing key projects. Your work will directly support our growth in Cyber Security and enhance client success across industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Mentor apprentices, oversee workloads, and foster skill development.
• Campaign Execution: Design websites (Wix Studio/WordPress), optimize SEO, manage Google Ads, and run social media campaigns.
• Client Collaboration: Assist in client meetings, sales pitches, and project briefs.
• Content & Design: Create blogs, email campaigns, and social media ads using tools like Photoshop and Semrush.
• Innovation: Explore AI tools and strategies to streamline workflows and improve results.
